Only 64-bit OS computers can install 64-bit programs.
    Is your computer 32-bit or 64-bit ?
If you don't know for sure, open File Explorer > click This PC > at the top, click System properties > the next window will tell you what you have......................

That I know. My PC is 64 bit. Windows 10. But a 32 bit program can be installed on a 64 bit PC. I Installed Any Video Converter but do not know it was 32 or 64 bit. The main reason for going through all this is that while install, it asked meto install ( audio, video, game driver of this software CO.) Which I did. After one or two days my computer has changed twice so I have doubt whether these driver could be responsible, otherwise already Realtek Drivers were installed. If you could put any light

@sam9 that's easy to find which version your programs are. Any program in your Program Files folder is 64 bit. Any program in your Program Files (x86) is 32 bit. Hope that helps you.

Would System Restore not uninstall anything recently added and also revert the registry back to how it was ?

Just to add that I don't use System Restore and would never normally advocate its use but in this case...... maybe.

And Sam, the only sure way to fully remove a program you have been testing is for you to have made a system image backup first. When you have done with the program, restore from the image backup.

64-bit OS can run BOTH 32-bit programs and 64-bit programs.
32-bit OS can ONLY run 32-bit programs.
As of now, vast majority of programs are still running in 32-bit.
If a program you want to download does not offer both bit version, then it is a 32-bit , with only one exception that I know of...................... Ccleaner. Apparently the CCleaner installer can detect which bit version the computer is running, and it will download the corresponding version.

Sorry, I wrongly typed that my system has changed twice, it was my system has hanged twice. Pl let me know that whether the audio, video, and game driver mentioned by me the reason of hanging because otherwise I do not want to uninstall this Program.

I already mentioned that MS has by default kept System Restore Off which I forgot to make on and also I forgot to make image before installing this software. And if the system hanging is not because of the audio, video and game driver mentioned my me than there is no need for me to uninstall this software.

Thanks, I knew this but had some doubt whether this is 100% right that 32 bit will be in Program Files (x86)

And my System hanged both time when I was in my mail.

Yes this is the way Microsoft has done this for years. Their are some app's that will install themselves into BOTH folders, because they can operate at both 32 and 64 bit levels. For a example Nvidia installs itself into both folders. Reason being some apps run only under 32 bit mode, while other app's only run under 64 bit mode, so a program like Nvidia has to be able to handle BOTH kinds.

Try a Repair Install and see if all get fixed after that..................
You can use this tutorial :
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

Or, you can use this Tech Bench link and download the Windows 10 iso file and follow the steps I listed below.
    Your choice.
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...brrWLRbagYCa0w

scroll down to Select Edition > click the pointer at the right and select Windows 10 > click Confirm.
click the pointer and select Language > make sure you pick the same language the computer is now running > click Confirm
select the bit version, 32 or 64-bit. Make sure you select the same bit version as the computer is now running.
at the bottom, click the pointer next to Save > click Save As > navigate to a folder of your choice > click the chosen folder > click Save
The iso will start downloading to your chosen folder.
When it is done, go to that folder > open the folder > right click at the iso file > click Mount > click Setup.exe
    Installation will begin.
It will allow you to keep you files, settings and apps.
    No product key is required.
    Activation will be automatic.

I will wait for few more days, if the system hangs again then I will try any thing else. In the meantime, some one has said that many times PC hangs when windows updates are getting installed. As in Windows 10 updates happens at back hand so how can I come to know that updates are installing.

Not 100% certain but by and large usually the case. One interesting exception is google chrome that installs in the x86 folder even for 64bit versions.

You can note the time any problems arise and then look back to see when Windows Update was active. Goto 'settings' and then 'Update &Security' You should see for example, Your device is up to date. Last checked: Today, ‏‎14:33. You could also look in event viewer to see exactly when updates were being installed. Most days should only see Defender updates being actioned anyway.

On my older laptop I definitely do notice when Windows Update is running (a bit slow, lots of HDD activity) but on my Dell laptop with an SSD Windows Update running never becomes apparent.
