Windows 10: How to connect Android Motorola Moto g pure to pc

Hello,When connecting cell phone to pc I am getting an audio sound no visual.I am not interested to play with my cell phone through my computer, I onlywant to download my pictures in my computer.Do I miss a driver??? or a program???Please let me knowThank you

Motorola G Android Phone Install

I have a Moto G and when I plug it into my PC it loads drivers and then displays the drives, Internal and SD Card listed under XT1039.

What version/build of Windows 10 do you have. Go to Settings > System and select About. Then post the Version and Build.

Are you using the USB cable that came with your phone. Do you have other USB items plugged into the PC.

Cannot connect with my cell Android Motorola Moto G5 Plus Cell Phone...

Thanks for your assistance.

Method-1 did not work as it kept on giving a message that necessary changes have been made and need to reboot to update. However, reboot did not do any thing.

Then I thought to recheck device drivers that I had installed recently. I found that thru' Motorola site, as per their thread, I had downloaded the device driver. It said for Windows 7 & 8. However, I felt it should work on 10. So I uninstall this driver
and then when I connected my Moto G, it worked. Therefore, I did not have to go thru uninstalling the USB controller.
