  1. How to correct the Device Manager problematical for PCIe-USB3.0 card


    Two PCIe-to-USB3.0 cards that work in a PC with x64Win10ProV20H2, trigger a Device Manager problematical in a PC running x32Win10ProV20H2, even in different PCIe slots. How can I get them to work in the 32bit PC ?

  2. Cant find graphics card on device manager!

    Hi Anthony,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    To assist you better, please share the information:

    • What is the make and model of your computer?
    • Do you get any error message while playing or to launch a game?

    I suggest you to unhide the hidden drivers in Device Manager by following the steps provided below and check if the Graphic card driver is visible:

    • Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
    • Click on View and click on Show Hidden Devices.

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community forum.



    You may try the steps listed below and check if it works:



    1. Search for ‘Device Manager’ from the search bar on the taskbar and open it.
    2. Expand ‘Memory Technology Devices’.
    3. Right click ‘Realtek PCIE Card reader’ and disable it.
    4. Remove the card from the tablet.
    5. Insert the card again and enable it from device manager.

    WiFi card shown in Device manager but not in Network & sharing center

    Hi Budd,

    We suggest that you update the drivers and check if it works.

    Follow the steps below to update the Wireless Adapter's driver:

    • Press Windows key+X.
    • Select Device Manager.
    • Right-click on the Network Driver (802.11n Wireless Card).
    • Click on the Driver tab.
    • Select Update Driver.
    If the update went successful, please reboot the computer to take effect the changes.
