    How to create a Win 10 version 1909 installation media to downgrade from version 2004?


    After clean install pf Win 10 version 2004, system "Cannot connect to network". It was suggested I down grade to 1909.I have a version 2004 installation USB. I have a version 1909 ISO file. If I knew where the version 2004 was hiding, I could replace it. Or I could create a new media, but all instructions lead to 2004 installs.

    Hi,

    Can I downgrade the new Windows 10 Pro fpp version 2004 to 1903 directly?

    Or do I have to downgrade from 2004 to 1909 and then to 1903?

    Lastly, can I still buy a license Windows 10 Pro FPP version 1903?
