Windows 10: How to delete backup and restore Job?

Hi all, could someone please tell me how to delete a backup and restore job (in the windows 7 backup and restore) I can easily delete any backups, but I cannot figure out how to actually delete the job, all I seem to be able to do is turn off the schedule.. Once I get around this annoying thing I plan on using one of the system backup solutions that are mentioned here (although judging by the threads about it it is gonna take a lot of time reading through it all..

Free hard drive backup/restore program?

I am looking for a free (freeware) program that will back up and restore a hard drive. I'm looking to clone a few external hard drives. If the program will backup the used space instead of the whole drive this will be awesome! Thanks for any suggestions.
