Help my cortana is glitched so i need to know how to delete chat

I'm unable to chat with cortana.

You may try to turn off the web search in Cortana, and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

Click on the Cortana Search box.

Go to Notebook tab.

Click on Settings.

In Settings, Turn off the option
Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alert and more.

Also, turn off Search online and include web results option.
