Windows 10: How to disable alt + 7?

Hello, Every time I'm on any browsers, it keeps on sending me back to speed dial when I type Alt + 7. How to disable that? I have found no satisfying answers online.I am trying to type Alt + 0187 and it does type it, but after it puts the website back at Speed Dial, it does that on every single one of my browsers.

Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete. You can follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key + R.
• Type control userpasswords2 or netplwiz and press the Enter key.
• Click the Advanced tab.
• Under Secure sign-in, check the Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete checkbox.
• Click Apply.
• Restart your computer.
• Open the same settings again and uncheck the Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete checkbox and follow the
