Windows 10: How to disable BitLocker on WIN11 or how to make it remember my recovery key?

After an authorized service repair, BitLocker asking for a recovery key on every restart of the system. I have the key but I tired of entering it every time. How to bypass that?Lenovo is saying that this is nothing to do with them and a Windows issue.I see people suggesting to disable the feature here, but I don't have such option on the pageStart > Settings > Update & Security > Device encryption > select Turn Off

No, no other accounts.

What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?
