Windows 10: how to disable caps lock notifications on windows 11

Hello,I want to disable the annoying and absurd on screen caps lock and num lock notification.I've looked into it and I've found that there are three ways this can be triggered1. with some application from a software driver. this is not the case as i have only the pre installed software applications. updated to the latest version of windows 11 home, 23H2 and latest drivers versions from win updater.2. in the display driver in my case the properties of the device do not show the tab where i could disable it this is not an option3. ease of access: here i also don't see the option to disable on

Disable Caps Lock Windows 11

I want to disable caps lock. I found the page to disable caps locks for windows 7 and 10. (Disable caps lock key - Microsoft Community) I follow the steps but its has an error. "Cannot import C:\Users\jglan\OneDrive\desktop\disable_caps_lock.reg: The specified file is not a registry script. You can onky import binary registry files from within the registry editor. I copied and pasted what they said into Notepad and saved it under all files with disable_caps_lock.reg name.
