    Disable Core Isolation Setting?

    Hi,

    I'm signed in with an administrator account on a Surface Pro. I'm trying to disable the Core Isolation setting in Windows Defender so I can run VMware. I can't selet this because the screen shows "This setting is managed by your administrator.". How can
    I make this change since I'm signed in as the administrator?

    Disable Memory intigrity in Core isolation.

    After updating the windows 10 to its latest version 1803. I found the new feature in windows defender
    "Core Isolation". but after enabling "Memory Integrity" under core isolation. I am not able to use
    VMware.

    when I tried to disable Memory Integrity, I got this:

    Please help me to disable this so that I can use VMware.

    or if there is any other method to run VMware without disabling memory integrity, please tell me.

    Turn On or Off Core Isolation Memory Integrity in Windows 10  


    It looks like the .reg file in step 2 of Option Two in this tutorial worked to turn on Core isolation for you.

    Correct, you could use step 3 to turn it off.
