Windows 10: How to Disable Windows key in Win 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB

Hello,,


I am trying to disable the Windows key in Win 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB without much success.


I have tried adding the Scancode Map key in the registry and double checked the value I entered but the Windows key is still active after a reboot.


I have successfully used this method on other computers running different versions of Windows 10 so Im wondering if something has changed to prevent this working, and if there is an alternate method.

One of our DELL 5820 machine software crashed during power cycle , which was loaded with Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB , We seek your support to how to restore and bring back the machine to factory state.We were delivered with Win 10 Pro media .

Activating Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB

I have installed Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB on a new machine but I am unable to license it inspite of having a valid product key. On contacting MS support team,it has been asked to raise a support ticket but I cant find the link for the same.

On running utility slmgr.exe from cmd prompt as guided by ms support I am getting error code 0xC004F069.
