Windows 10: How to do I fix when if I press run as admin on cmd or if I try to run device manager this...

I can barley do anything on my computer since I installed some optional drivers under optional updates I cannot Reset my pc or reinstall or play a game when I try to it says "windows cannot access specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." the updates are:Acer inc. - Firmware - 5.19.10.30Intel - System - 2407.6.1.0Intel - SoftwareComponent - 2411.6.3.0Intel - SoftwareComponent - 1.73.132.0Dell Inc. - Display - Dell In2020M_DigitalAlso I am very poor if you wish to donate my cash app is TEE BAM $MrShow2

Apologies for the late reply.



You may try the followings steps:

• 
  Open an Administrator CMD window. If you can’t find a way, use these steps:
  
• 
  Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
  
• 
  Click File > Run New Task
  
• 
  Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• 
  Type CMD
  
• 
  Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannnow
  

Check to see if the issue is resolved. If not, restart the PC.

 

running DOS as ADMIN

I suggested that in post #4 but @bromberg doesn't seem to have tried it yet...

 

Run and CMD disabled by admin

At my school, Run, CMD, and many programs and websites are blocked and I want to start off by unblocking Run and CMD. When I Open Run, it says an error that it is blocked by admin and same for CMD, just in the CMD window. Can someone please help. I have
access to notepad, but don't have admin access.
