window10 mobile update(10.0.14393.1770) doesn't download completely.

Hi,I m using Micromax w121. with Verson-1607 and os build-10.014393.1715, Ram-1gb, Internal Memory-8gb,which is running well. An updates is available for download -window10 mobile(10.014393.1770).On starting download it stops downloading before 100% and
fill the mobile internal memory about 4gb and asking to move some applications to free more space. It happens every time even after factory reset. Please suggest what should I do? What is the size of the window10 mobile verson(10.0.14393.1770).
