Windows 10: How to extend a volume with Bitlocker

So I have 2 drives on my PC, one Bitlocker encrypted my OS drive and the second not Bitlocker encrypted. I want to shrink the non-Bitlocker drive and extend it to my OS drive, but is it possible to extend it without turning off Bitlocker on my OS drive.

I want to extend so your answer is really frustrating ans. I want to extend so why should i shrink and select extend? Extend option is already Dim or unavailable?
