Windows 10: how to factory reset Acer all in one ZC-700g

I have tried multiple time to reset the computer. it comes back saying there is a problem my device needs repaired.

I have tried holding alt and f10 got into screens but it still dont work. Help

Acer ZC-700g receiving error 0xc0000001 Windows, BIOS, Acer, or all of the above?

I wasn't able to fix this issue with a self created bootable device; however, I was able to factory reset my device with a device I received from Acer. I have also determined that my PC {Acer Aspire ZC-700G} only updates to windows
10 during the setup. It seems to have all of the characteristics of a Windows 8, if not a Windows 7, operating system.

Is the error 0xc0000001 related to windows 10 or acer? I have an Acer Aspire ZC-700g (non-touch all in one). i also noticed that my Bios still runs Boot EFI instead of UEFI. Is there a way to correct that before reseting back to factory?

Windows 10 factory reset stuck, reaches 98% then dropes back to 64%?

Hi,

I have an Acer ZC-700G getting stuck on a factory reset?

It reaches 98% completion then the computer restarts and the factory reset goes back to starting at 64%.

(When it restarts it also bleeps, makes a bleep sound).

This repeats over and over never moving beyond this point.

Is there a way to get around this cliché?
