Windows 10: how to factory reset hp laptop help

i cannot factory reset my hp scarlet laptop i recently purchased. it seems alot of my personal information and email/social media/iphone and now hp arent acting properly and i believe my devices are being hacked and my information skewed

As you have a laptop, ensure that the laptop is not running on battery and the power cable is plugged in to the socket.

Resetting my HP laptop

Since it is a new HP laptop and you want to reset it, instead of using the Windows 10 Reset, why not use the HP Factory Restore application, it should be located on your Start Menu - the alphabetical list - scroll down to the HP suite of apps and look
for recovery . . .

 

HP laptop reset

I was given a HP laptop which had Windows 7 pre-installed,I installed Win 10 and it is now running version 1809, I want to go back to factory settings (don't ask*Wink )if I use the Advanced Startup and choose to wipe all my files will the laptop be restored to Win 7 or Win10.There is no option showing for a Factory reset and I don't have HP Recovery installed,there is a Recovery Image (D) showing in File explorer,for me a bit confusing,any help appreciated
