    How to find if any programms are using Java in my PC


    Hello everyone, good day t you. I have a question. How can I find out what programms are using Java? We have a task to remove Java completely so we have to look for apps that are using Java. If there is not any process javaw.exe running, does that mean no app is using Java? When I tried to look for Javaw.exe in folders, I found it out only in SysWOW64 folder. Does this mean that no app is using Java? or how can I found out? Will be grateful for any advice from you guys, thanks a lot!

    We also suggest that you start your PC in safe mode with networking, then try to verify Java in Internet Explorer. To start your PC is safe mode with networking, follow these steps:

    • Click on the Start button, then select Settings .
    • Select Update & security > Recovery .
    • Under Advanced startup, select Restart now.
    • After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select
      Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings >
      Restart.
    • After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 5 or F5 for
      Safe Mode with Networking.
