Windows 10: How to find secure boot if hidden in bios American Megatrends.

So I have been trying to figure this out for years. Basically, I cannot find secure boot in my bios Motherboard is American Megatrends Inc. CFLCK1001, 4/8/2022. I want to know what I should do because there is nothing on the internet on how to find secure boot if hidden on American Megatrends. Please help. Thanks, Ronav

Where is the security setting in American Megatrends BIOS?



Im trying to enable TPM 2.0 for windows. The PC has been built in 24/5/2019. When i was following the microsoft support on how to enable it, in the American Megatrends BIOS i didnt see the settings tab or security setting, if this needs any photos here is 1 of the BIOS:

I have been looking for the option of the security boot in my BIOS but i cant find it and the videos that show how to enable the security boot option dont work in my computer because I have a different BIOS and i have microsoft.

 

American Megatrends logo issue

I was building my pc I just reached the end and I have the American megatrends logo coming but no text it just says the logo and American megatrends but nothing else I was wondering what should I do from this point on
