Windows 10: How to fix 0xc000021a, BSOD?

Initially(in Oct2016), I used regback registry to fix USBPCap USB not working problem . After sometime It gave 0xc000021a BSOD . So i used Windows 10 iso to repair and maybe* messed it up with bootrec and bcdedit commands. Tried SFC and dism but no integrity voilations. I am able to boot PC ONLY by disabling driver signature enforcement(which stays till restart due to fastboot). I remember I had deleted some OEM*.inf before bootrec. Incidents may not be related. Minidump on debugging show ntkrnlmp.exe to be the problem. Please help. Even safe mode doesn't work. I don't want to reset since my PC is highly customized desktop environment. Giving all details to be clear. Tried many methods in this forum. Please help. Older dumps:Old1, Old2.

Power on and off your computer three times

On the third time, your computer will boot into the Advanced Recovery environment

Click Advanced Options

Click Troubleshoot

Click Advanced Options

Click System Restore, see if you can go back to an earlier time.

If not, boot into the recovery environment again, then try a startup repair.

If that does not work, boot into the recovery environment, then click 'Go back to previous version of Windows'

If that does not work.

Go to a working computer, download, create a bootable copy, then perform a clean install.

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

 

I looked over it. Memtest is definitely the way to go. I see different RAM Modules with different speed. The cause can be incompatibility too:

Besides both ram gives same BSOD with single or any combination.

 

Does other RAM give this BSOD too?

 

2GB Stock RAM alone[don't know why] does not let PC turn on alone[no response only CPU light is on].
2GB+8GB and 8GB+2GB RAM runs at 1600Mhz and gives BSOD.
8GB alone also gives same BSOD.
I'm nearly sure its not RAM as disabling driver signature enforcement boots the PC and live OSs like Ubuntu,Remix OS, Debian, Macrium Reflect and many others work perfectly.
Just weird many programs and features have install date 10/18/16 when actually I had them installed long time back.I don't remember exactly but that was that I may* have installed anniversary update.

Finally a forums site which has quick responders.

 

There are different reasons why a system may not boot with 2GB, but I'm not a guy that can troubleshoot that kind of a problem.

Currently I would suggest to try a different set of RAM to test if the 8GB stick really isn't causing issues, just as a confirmation of your thought.

AFAIK, whenever a software update gets installed, 'installed on' gets updated. I don't know why, but it's what I see on my systems.

I don't have spare RAMs and can't afford to buy one anytime soon.
Those screenshots are from 2015. Updates are no longer categorized in Windows Update History. Also somehow[I cleaned up C:\ drive recently] update history older than a week are not present.
Can someone tell something using the minidumps?

I'm really really sorry.
Most Indians are paranoid(No Offense) about their things. So no one is going to lend me RAM.
Just removing CPU cover is surgery for people here.

What should I do now?
Also how can both ram be damaged.
PC works perfectly when I disable driver signature enforcement. And Live usb OSs is correctly working . Why?
