How to fix a system that won't start

Please healp me with this issue, I been 10hs trying to fix it, i would give up but i really need to make my system work.

The problem is that my windows 10 went straight to the WinRE and i couldn't fix it, i tried:

    bootrec /fixmrb + /fixboot + /scanos + /rebuildbcd

Nothing worked so installed another windows 10 alongside bc i needed to use the PC, this one works fine, but i really need my old windows back, something important is permanently lost if i can't run it again, this is what i tried on my working new installation:

D: is the system of my old windows

    dism /imageHow to fix a system that won't start :D:\ /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    sfc /SCANNOW /OFFBOOTDIR=D:\ /OFFWINDIR=D:\windows

The sfc /scannow gives OK, there is nothing to repair, i also loaded the boot files with:

    > bcdboot D:\windows
    Boot files successfully created

Now when i try to boot my old windows it loads a blue screen that says

your pc needs to be repaired
    file:\window\
    error:0xc000000d

I don't know what else to do, i know the windows partition is okay, i suspect is something with the bootloader, at this point i don't know what else to do, i can't do a refresh because that option is not available.

    Windows won't start or repair

    Hi,

This issue may occur due to a
missing/corrupted system files. We suggest that you perform these methods
of troubleshooting steps to fix this matter:

    Method 1:
    Run SFC Scan.

    To run an
    SFC scan, follow these steps:

    • Run
      Command Prompt as Administrator.

    • Type
      sfc /scannow
      and hit
      Enter.

This will check and run an auto-repair on the issue.

    Method 2:
    Run DISM Tool.

    After running the
    SFC scan
and the issue still persist, run the
    DISM
to check the system health and to try restoring the files. To run
    DISM tool, follow these steps:

    • Run
      Command Prompt as Administrator.

    • Type the following command:

      • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /scanhealth

      • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    NOTE:
This might take a while to finish scanning.
    Do not cancel.

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards.

How to fix a system that won't start

Overclocking / Undervolting guide for Vega 56 or 64?

    Here's a quick laundry list:

List of software to use for overclocking and testing
    Examples:
Wattman (and how to find and use it, like an overview, including profiles)
Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

    Step-by step overclocking in Wattman
    Fan speeds
    Power limit
    Temp limit
    Voltages
