Windows 10: How to fix Error 0x80070005

Last night I was attempting to fix the Microsoft pre-installed apps that weren't opening. Nothing seemed to work. I completely reset my pc, and reinstalled Windows 10. I used this https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10. I can access windows apps, but now I can't download anything from the Microsoft Store; it gives me Error 0x80070005. Some windows updates give me that same error.

I've tried some solutions in other threads like sfc /scannow, DISM restorehealth, and downloading the Windows Defender platform update manually from Microsoft catalog, but it doesn't work.


I'm using an intel i5-8600k, 16gb ram, 64-bit operating system, x64 based processor. With plenty of storage space for windows.
