Windows 10: How to fix error 0x80070015

I first found this issue when attempting to update WhatsApp desktop, it prevented me from downloading any updates. I found out about the latest windows update and tried to use windows Update to update but I got the result shown in the image. Ive tried looking around on the wed for fixes and have tried them all and it hasn't work. I have deleted all my antivirus software, used the wsreset bat to try and reset the update, used Powershell with the commands to try to reset the Update. No success. I need help.

Windows 10 automatic backup error 0x80070015

I've had the same problem as everyone else in this thread. I found this suggestion (proposed by Sachin Venkatesh, MS, back in 2015) worked for me:

Follow the steps to check if the backup service is started.

• Press Windows + R keys, type services.msc.
• search Volume Shadow Copy and double click on it.
• Set the Startup type to Automatic.
• Click on Start in Service status and check.

Mine was set to Manual... I changed it to Automatic and the backup immediately started running.

After updating,I'm having this issues for a quite a while.

These are error message I received. And I don't know what to do now. There is even an error message that the C: is unavailable aside from this error. I don't know what to do anymore. How do I fix this?
