Windows 10: How to Fix Error 0xc10100a7

Hello. Everyone
I ran into a problem today that caused my computer and internet videos to get stuck.
A message has appeared
Your device does not have enough memory to play this
Error 0xc10100a7

My computer is pretty new, I have it for two years and a bit, I have 32RAM of memory in the computer, and when it arrived, I opened the task manager and it showed me that it only uses 8 RAM, and still wrote me this problem.

Although it happened while I was uploading a video to Facebook, but I still had enough RAM on my computer to do more computer operations, it never happened to me, which is very strange.

The problem did not continue, after a few minutes it passed, but I encountered it a few more times, what do you do ..?

I have a similar question about using audio of system,it provided a messeage :there wasn't enough RAM in your device

to play this.The error code was 0xc10100a7 .
