    Hello,

    I have been trying to install "CSI Etabs 2013 software" . but I got this Error (1721) and then when I want to Uninstalling , i got this Error(1721) again.

    I did this steps but didn't work.

    • Hold down the Windows key + R to open the Run box
    • Type MSIEXEC /UNREGISTER and click OK Even if you do this correctly,it may look like nothing happens
    • Type MSIEXEC /REGSERVER and click OK
    • Try the installation once more
    By the way, I don't have problem with Installing last version of softwares. but I always have problem with Installing old version of softwares.

    Error 1721 occurring using Windows 10

    I am unable to uninstall and reinstall CAD package, Draftsight due to Error 1721. How do I correct this?

    I have tried turning off Windows Installer and turning on again but it has not worked.
