Windows 10: How to fix error code 0xc000000e due to mbr2gpt?

I used mbr2gpt to convert my boot ssd from mbr to gpt now I boot up in safe mode with error 0xc000000e. When I attempt to enter recovery environment i get error 0xc0000098. I've already made sure that I have UEFI not BIOS.Mobo: Asrock h310cm-dvs
