trying to reinstall drivers for the following on an asus running updated windows 10. receiving this message

A driver service for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. Code 32
have uninstalled and reinstalled both of these drives from device manager. how do i get the correct drivers for these drives
