Windows 10: How to fix Error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first"

i will start with full story that im already so lost and i try so much stuff to fix and im getting sick already with this.so i had issue where i had issue where my pc was restarting and error was dwminit 0 the desktop windows manager proccess has exited after some tryes i did reinstall my windows 10 with my copy of original usb windows okay so it fixed it ran few days fine with new windows then i had issue of "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."there 2 are at the same ti

( The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first) Event ID 41. I found these errors on event viewer No BSOD NO restarting automatically I think it happens sometimes when I restart the PC. It's a fresh install Windows 10 and brand new gaming PC
