Windows 10: How to fix monitor displaying to skip disc checking press any key before 8 seconds freezing

Ok so I just got a new motherboard for my pc I plugged everything in the pc work it turns on and so does the monitor but whenever I turn the pc on the monitor continues to say to skip disc checking press any key before 8 seconds but it is frozen and will not allow me to press any key to skip it so I am just stuck on this screen with no way to get past it can anyone help?

Help can't skip chkdsk on startup because there no 8 second time to press any key to skip, how to fix this?

So basically when i start my windows start, there is no way to skip fixing disk because usually there 8 second to skip that, but in my case there no 8 second to skip chkdsk, i can't press any key to skip chkdsk on startup

Can someone please help me?

It took about 2 hours and it didnt find any problems.

It no longer shows

"To skip disk checking, press any key in # seconds"

on startup anymore.

Let us try to reinstall display adapter and check if it helps.

Step 1: Uninstall the display drivers and re-install the same and check if that fixes the issue.

Follow the steps:

• 
  Press Windows Key + X
  and then click Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand Display Adapters.
  
• 
  Right-click on the Display Adapter and select
  Uninstall.
  
• 
  Restart the computer.
