Windows 10: How to fix my monitor problem?

Usually my monitor uses AMD graphics card but whenever I plug it into aorz usb c hub driver it randomly starts using NVDIA graphics card. The problem is whenever it uses the NVDIA graphics card my monitor gets set to "Wired Display" and runs at 60 Hz instead of the usual 144 Hz. Can someone help me fix this problem?

• What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
  

• How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...
