Windows 10: How to fix Replacement Character � in some names

I've some music files since 2010, in their naming sometimes I see Replacement Characters � (see image), what is a reason for that and how can I fix them?

Guinness Book Names "Top 50 Video Game Characters of All Time"

I actually agree with all of the names in the top10. Each character is responsible for a genre or creating a genre. Good list.

 

The REAL top 50 gaming characters of all time!

What about Sam Fisher?
And definitely Gordon Freeman has to be on the list and pretty close to the top!!

EDIT: and yeah.half of the list is made of characters from 3 games.

EDIT2:What was the name of the guy from Project I.G.I?That was another sympathic game character.

• As you have mentioned this happens only in the Admin account, is it local account set as admin account or the Microsoft account?

I would suggest you to check the all apps list and check if that Chinese character app is present.
