Windows 10: How to fix the built-in windows 10 clipboard?

I uninstall something in my windows 10, and then the built-in clipboard does not work properly, it takes too long to show up and it does not show the pinned items or anything else, but the copy-paste process is working fine. Please do you know which program I should restore in order to fix my built-in clipboard? Any suggestion is appreciated, thank you.

Windows 10 has a built in Clipboard History that may meet your requirements.

Clipboard History will allow you to save multiple Items and select from the list to paste.

settings -> system -> clipboard

turn on clipboard history

Save items to the clipboard in the normal way (e.g. Ctrl+C) then when you come to paste, use Winkey+V to select the item from the list.

Windows 10 has none built in, you need a third party solution.
