Windows 10: How to fix this error

Hi guys for the past 2 or 3 days i have encounter with vcruntime error but i dont know either it was vcruntime140.dll or vcruntime140.1dll

it just pop up when i open the google chrome i think because sometimes it popup but sometimes it didn't... so how to fix this what should i do and where should i find to reinstalling.. plz help me. and i want to fix it the safest way
