Windows 10: How to fix this "Windows Script Host" issue?

I get this error everytime I start my PC. I just close it and nothing happens but it is starting to get annoying.It says:Script: C:\Users\new\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\StartMenu\Programs\Startup\hasp_windows.vbsLine: 1Char: 1Error: The system cannot find the file specifiedCode: 80070002Source: nullPlease help me getting rid of it.I would have uploaded a screenshot but for some reason it always failed to upload.

The Eset forum were able to isolate the issue and helped me resolve: Windows Script Host issue - SyncAppvPublishingServer.vbs - Malware Finding and Cleaning - ESET Security Forum Thank you for all of your help and directing me there. Is there any steps you'd take to ensure there's no malware leftover?

Windows Script Host to stop 'Windows Script Host is disabled on this machine, contact your administrator for details'
message by following these steps:

• Press Windows + R to open Run.
• Type regedit and press Enter to open the
  Registry Editor.
• Navigate to this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows Script Host\Settings.
• On the right panel, double-click Enabled and change the
  Value data to 1.
• Save the changes and exit the Registry Editor.
  
  Note: Do not modify other keys on the Registry without having enough knowledge about that registry key as it may cause some failures on your PC
