Windows 10: How to fix white screen during login and task bar not working

Hi


Plz help me

I facing problem with windows 10

Actually I was installing Kaspersky as I got know that there are some malware in my pc


After successfully installing and few moments later my wifi got disconnected and task bar stopped working I thought it was regular and restarted


After restarting during login time only white screen came then hovering to the help forums I got to know that it might be the problem only with login screen and that it was after login my laptop of Hp again got to go same and even worse now I tried almost all the commands and method but none worked


Neither the program are being uninstall nor I am able to connect to internet and all ..plz Sugest me some method to rectify It as MY DATAS ARE VERY PRECIOUS IN THAT


PLZ HELP

This issue could also be related to

White Task Bar

Can you take back the TASK BAR TO BLACK !!!! THE WHITE TASK BAR IS ABSOLUTELY STUDIO I DONT LIKE IT ONE BIT ..... YOU HAVE MADE LOOKING FOR THINGS VERY DIFFICULT CAN YOU PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK TO BLACK!!!!!!! ASAP ITS VILE IN WHITE .

Cannot modify Task Bar settings

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue persists.

• Right click on the Task Bar.
• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."
