    How to fix Windows 11 White Flickering Screen & Flickering Taskbar


    Hi,Out of nowhere my PC screen has started flickering white, the same goes for the taskbar and no applications or folders appear on the desktop. I’ve been looking at other forums and following the help posted on them such as Driver Updates, Safe Mode, Disabling Problem Reporting etc but nothing has fixed it.I have realised however that if I force explorer.exe to stop the flickering stops and I just get a solid white screen instead, the taskbar completely disappears and I can access files through the task managers “Open File Location”. - does this mean the issue lies with Windows Explorer? Trou

    Screen flickering in Windows 10 safe mode

    I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

    Screen flickering can be caused by hardware or application issue.

    To better assist you, please answer the following questions:

    • Is the issue only happening in Safe Mode?
    • Have you made any changes on your device prior to the issue?

    Flickering screen

    After last windows 11 update my laptop screen is flickering

    Task Manager is not flickering

    I uninstalled display adapter and rebooted the system - no software updates

    Microsoft WINDOWS 11 home

    10.0.22621 Build 22621

    any suggestions?
