Windows 10: How to fix windows script host error

during startup it display

can not find script file

"c:\Users\chand\AppData\Roaming\stream-all",

please help.

Windows Script Host, I can't fix it.

So I have been seeing Windows Script Host error popping many times since I got this laptop, saying it is disabled. Well I have no idea what it was but then I just tried steps shown by Windows Script Host access is disabled on this machine
but the error still pops up everyday. What should I do now?
