  1. How to get Cortana to stop nagging me to sign in on Windows 10 Pro

I need help! How the heck do I get Cortana to stop nagging me to sign into the app on my Windows 10 Pro machine? I've already got into setting and disabled Cortana from running in the background, but I keep getting this nagging login screen: I've goggled the problem and have not come up with a way to get this thing to stop nagging me that works! Can you guys and gals please help me out? I'm running Windows 10 EditionWindows 10 Pro, Version 21H1, Installed on‎6/‎12/‎2021, OS build 19043.1052, Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.2020.0 Thank you for your help!

  2. Stop Cortana Nagging

Thanks for the advice Paola but I didn't find any information on my problem there either. However the nag ads coming from Cortana are no longer an issue with me. Cortana has been completely removed from my Windows 10 laptop. I found no compelling use for
    it.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

    • Launch the Store from your Start menu.
    • Click the user icon next to the search box.
    • Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
    • Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
    • When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”
