Windows 10: How to get on my pc with no password?

This is completely my fault. I logged out of my old admin Microsoft account on my pc and when I went to login under a new account, the UI that should pop up to check my credentials flashed but then auto closed a second later. I also noticed if I tried to use my Taskbar at the bottom it too would glitch. So me in my infinite wisdom rebooted my pc. Behold, im now locked out of my pc. There is no admin account for me to sing in on and im stuck on the pc login screen. I cant open the cmd window windows + x and none of the F keys do anything...Help? Im using my phone for this right now.

To which "this" are you referring?
- If you are following the tutorial Bree suggested in the very first reply to your question then what you need to do at each step is explained in detail. So which step are you at?
- If you are following a different procedure then state what it is and which step you are at. If, for example, you are trying to manually enable the Built-In Admin as suggested in post #11 then that account has no password.
