  1. How to get PC to support Miracast?

yeah, I paid the same price as iphone 6 plus for the lumia 950 and it's so bad, i have it for year now, but i believe their surface will be good, and they improving their new wired dock, it'll be the future, with the phone of Microsoft line
so it's all good, but what should i do now to solve my problem? *Sad
Microsoft known for killing their products without telling anything, it's kinda disgrace but its their ways and never changes xD

I mean update the video adapter in your computer - also known as the video card. You current video card in the computer does not support Miracast. I don't know if your WiFi adapter does or not - that would be your network card. Both your video card and network card (WiFi adapter) must support Miracast.

How to get PC to support Miracast?

The fact that updating the video driver is still not going to solve anything. The iPhone 6 with the 11 iOS Beta has actually made it a true competitor to the Android OS lines.

Microsoft has locked their phones down so hard, that you cannot even side load anything on them. Because MiraCast and WiDi have been killed off for in favor of the Google Chromecast tech that is multi-platform, is what you are seeing everything heading towards as Microsoft keeps killing off product lines that they see a loss, when it was the OS platform that caused them to lose.
Playcast will be your best bet for your phone. Your request appears to be from an automated process

If all you want to do is put the computer's display on the tv, then just plug a vga or hdmi cable into the tv.

    Exactly!

This is quite simple: To cast from PC to a Miracast display, both your PC's video adapter and wireless network adapter need to support Miracast / WiDi (wireless display). Miracast Wireless Standard was announced in September 2012, and almost immediately both display adapter and WiFi adapter manufactures started to support it. A rule of thumb is, if your PC came with pre-installed Windows 8.1 or later operating system, and it has integrated WiFi, it and its devices are new enough to support Miracast.

As mentioned earlier, it's not enough that your display adapter supports Miracast. WiFi is also required as can be easily seen in following two screenshots. As long as I have my laptop's WiFi adapter enabled (it does not have to be connected to wireless network, just enabled), I have the option to connect to wireless display:

If I disable my WiFi adapter, Miracast is no longer supported and Connect to a wireless display link will not be shown. My display adapter still supports Miracast but as it needs WiFi, too, I can't cast to wireless display:

I understand what OP wants, Miracast is practical. For instance in my case it's the only way I can use three displays on my laptop. In screenshot I am typing this reply on laptop's own display in the middle, streaming today's breakfast TV from my greatly missed native Finland on Miracast display (Smart-TV with a Microsoft Wireless Display adapter) on left, leaving the HDMI connected external monitor on right for running Hyper-V virtual machines, computer maintenance and so on:

What OP needs, assuming the display adapter supports Miracast, is a WiFi USB dongle that also supports Miracast.

His dxdiag.txt file attached to the OP states his display adapter does not support Miracast.

[/quote] Didn't notice that, I just checked OP's system specs which only told about a desktop PC.

What those specs mean is it's time to get both, new display adapter and WiFi adapter.

But are we sure the WiFi adapter does not already support Miracast without replacing the display adapter first?

According to that same DxDiag report I missed while only looking for filled system specs, the PC has no wireless adapter so yes, we are sure *Smile

Again you can only do that if you connect the computer directly to the TV or get a wireless HDMI extender. Not many choices out there for streaming to a tv from a computer, unless you have a streaming box that allows for Chromecast and then connect the computer to tv that way.

But that is so much easier. I can sit here with our MacBook Air and use ChromeCast or even Airplay to connect to our NVIDIA Shield. If I try to use our other streaming box, it thinks that it is the sending not receiving devices. That is only because the hacked version of Android that runs on that one, makes it to appear as if it is a real Android computing device.

You do not need any "wireless HDMI extenders". If computer supports Miracast, as for instance this laptop of mine and about every other laptop made since 2013, you can cast to any Smart TV with Miracast support. The same with desktop PCs which have Miracast supporting display and WLAN adapters.

Chromecast only allows you to cast a tab from Chrome or duplicate whole desktop on it, Miracast allows you to use a TV as wireless additional display in extended mode. A big difference.
