Windows 10: How to get rid of bitlocker from bitlocker screen

Discus and support How to get rid of bitlocker from bitlocker screen in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; Bitlocker was enabled without my families knowledge.     How to get rid of bitlocker from bitlocker screen


    Bitlocker was enabled without my families knowledge. We don't have the recovery key because we never set it up. We've tried everything to get rid of it please does anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of it? We don't want to have to replace the whole computer because of this.

    Can you take a screen shot of the bitlocker window?

    Also, what happens when you highlight the drive in This PC and go to the Manage tab? There should be some bitlocker options there.

    Location is not available after Bitlocker?

    Im happy you resolved it, & without any help to boot *Toast :toast:

    C:/"Bitlocker" call uninstall *Laugh :laugh:

    Windows 8.1 PRO unable to unlock Bitlocked drive

    Here is the screenshot

    As you can see Drive D is no longer present in BitLocker Drive Encryption.

    When I click on this Drive under Explorer I got the option to FORMAT this Drive and when I click cancel I get the following.

    When I do Right Click on this Drive, I no longer see BitLocker option like I used to.
