    How to get rid of Intel HD 4600...Major Zoom/screen share issues


    I am an art teacher who is desperately trying to use my ELmo document camera to my zoom meetings for students. I have installed the image mate driver so it will share my screen correctly, however it turns black when i am recording through zoom. The zoom website says to replace my 3d preferences via Nvidia. However I dont have Nvidia control panel. I tried all the ways to get to it and even tried to download it yet it says an error message: "Not available, graphics card not detected in your system" . All the info i find out there doesnt seem to have my particular computer in mind. I tried installing the new version of the Intel HD 4600 but nothing is working. I am about ready to throw this computer against the wall! Also please I am simple folk, at this point ive spent hours watching videos and installing and uninstalling things, half of which i have no idea what im doing i just need to get this working for my students, so be kind and be simple in your directions. Much appreciated ahead of time. Windows 10 Version 1903, all updated as far as i know.

    I suggest you to download Windows 8.1 compatible Intel HD Graphics 4600 drivers from the following link:

    Once you successfully download Windows 8.1 compatible Intel HD Graphics 4600 drivers, I suggest you to try to install them in compatibility mode and check.

    Note: The above mentioned steps are also applicable to Windows 10.
