Windows 10: How to get rid of links on Bing home page images?

I enjoy the pictures on the Bing home page, but I just want the pretty pictures. I don't want news headlines with pictures of faces staring out at me, or these damn "lets interact" links. At least the headlines can be hidden... anyone know how to get rid of the "forget why you launched Bing and lets go off to some random site instead" links?

How do I get plain Bing as a homepage instead of the Bing - Search the Web page with blank address bar and requently used pages?

There are a lot of posts about getting rid of Bing. I'm using IE 11 with windows 7, 8, 10, now all on 10. I like Bing, but I don't like the page that comes up with or instead of Bing. It says Bing - Search the Web. The address bar is blank and there
are frequently used pages listed below. When I type anything, the focus jumps to the address bar--It still treats what I type as a Bing search, but it is very annoying. Is there a way to get rid of this page and go to just the plain Bing page--which is my
Home page in internet options.

 

How to get rid of annoying BING? Anyone?

That's the answer I was looking for, thanks.
Just knowing I "CAN'T" get rid of it what I needed to know.
