    How to get to the cmd screen


    I am trying to get to the safe mode on my grandsons HP Stream due to fact he has forgotten his log on password and we cannot figure out how to get to where we can get in there and change it without knowing the one that we don't know. Any idea's... I have even looked for a way to factory reset the whole computer but nope cannot do that either... this is just stupid...

    Windows and CMD- renaming a file in CMD

    Steps I've done

    Here what happens


    • turn on PC

    • start windows

    • get blue screen ( message NTFS file)

    • it reboots returns to diagnosing PC

    • Diagnose and repair fails

    • I move to advance options

    • will not reset windows , I click on CMD

    things I've tried
    commands:

    reagentc /disable

    reagentc /enable

    *************************FAILED
    not recognized
    **********************************

    Please advise

    Laptop with broken screen How much?

    I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

    Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
