Windows 10: How To Give All User Log In Accts. Group Policy Editor Access

New consumer notebook w/ win 10 pro. 2 admin accts and one local. The local acct requires just a user name and a password to login and get to the desktop. From the one admin acct that I am using for the most part can I from that account unilaterally give the local acct access to the GPE? When I logged into the local acct and tried to access the GPE I was denied. TIA.

Group Policy Editor in Windows is a tool to help you manage policy settings. Here's how you can access the Local Group Policy Editor:

• Press Win+R to open Run.
• Type gpedit.msc, and then click OK.

You can change Group Policies by opening Group Policy Editor first. You can open it by following these steps:

• Log in an administrator account. If you are already logged in as an administrator, proceed to step 2.
  
• Press Windows + R to open Run.
• Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.
  

After opening Group Policy Editor, you can now make the necessary changes that you want.
