Windows 10: How to hide instruments panel for default Windows File Exlorer

Hello. I sometimes see this white instruments panel in the default Windows File Exlorer even if dark mode is enabled in system. I tried to press all buttons there labels are in Russian: File 1, Edit 2, View 3, and Service 4, but it does nothing. I'd like to know if it's possible to remove or hide it completely, because this useless panel irritates me. I've already tried different settings of File Explorer, but it still appears. Sorry for the delayed response. I suggest you to set File Explorer as the Default program and check if that helps. To do this, refer the steps given below.

• Open Control Panel.
• Search for Default Programs.
• Go to Default Programs.
• Look for File Explorer towards the left pane and select it.
• Set this as default program and apply changes.
• Check if the issue persists.

• Click on Microsoft Picture Viewer and set it to default.

(Windows 10) File Exlorer can't find files

File Exlorer can't find files after renaming their folders.

The only remedy seems start indexing all over again - but that can't be the solution.
