Windows 10: How to input Math handwritten expressions to the app?

Is there any tool that allows users to input handwritten mathematical expressions to other apps? I mean polynomial expressions that I’d like to input to Wolfram Research’s Mathematica. I use very long expressions of the eleventh degree

Does anyone know of a tool that I can use to input handwritten mathematical expressions to other applications? Specifically, I would like to write polynomial expressions and input them to Wolfram Research’s Mathematica. However, Math Input Panel’s maximum
width is insufficient to hold some of them. (I would like to write a polynomial expression of the eleventh degree.)
