    Yes, of course.

    My replies, everything I have told you in this thread is only valid if you upgrade. Downgrading, going to an earlier build will not allow you to keep files and apps. Checking it now, trying to downgrade Insider Preview 14936 to version 1607 build 14393 I get the same notification, nothing can be kept and I can confirm your case.

    Looks that I have misread your first post, you mentioned you are using 14931 which I read as 14391, switching digits 3 and 9.

    My apologies, all my replies were based on that misunderstanding. For my defence I can only say that you were all the time talking about upgrade; I believe that had you mentioned you are trying to downgrade I might have spotted the correct build number and give you a definitive answer sooner *Smile
