Single core running at 100% all the time following install of 2023-12 update
in Windows 10 GamingSingle core running at 100% all the time following install of 2023-12 update: I installed the 2023-12 update a few days ago and since then one core out of 20 runs at 100% all the time. This does not happen if I boot into safe mode. It does happen if I do a clean boot. I don't see a process with either Task Manage or Performance Monitor that could be... -
