How to know if automatic repair discovered an unrepairable issue?

The Automatic Repair feature showed up and keeps saying it can't repair my computer. I have tried every single option available in the Auto Repair tool to no avail. I have not tried to boot it from a disk don't really want to go through that, either. So, my question is, How do I know if my computer developed an issue beyond repair? In other words, if Auto Repair can't repair it and trying everything doesn't solve it, is my computer dead beyond repair and I need to get a new one? It's a 6 year old Dell xps desktop. Using Microsoft 365.

    Thanks

    :)
