Windows 10: How to know what is preventing the upgrade ?

I'm stuck on w10 1909. Sometimes I see the auto update to upgrade and it just disappear when selected and I get that it's not ready yet. I checked on the ms web page for known issue but found no mentioned incompatibilities.

Is there a tool, switch or anything that could tell me which drivers or hardware is not compatible and prevent the upgrade? All my other pc and laptop had their upgrade already.

Is not and old machine i7800k 1080ti asus motherboard. No crazy hardware except a logitech remote headset.

What is Defer upgrades in Windows 10?

Video card or RAM need upgrading?

Memtest: no errors after 10 hrs.
I'm going to perform the Primetest, later on. Get back to you on that.
I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.
